Abstract
Gout Arthritis is an inflammatory joint disease caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood, which is characterized by the accumulation of monosodium urate crystals in or around the joints. The aim of this research is to provide family nursing care to Mr. S Who Suffers from Gout Arthritis Using a Transcultural Approach in RT 02 RW 03 Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City. The research design for this case uses a descriptive type of research with a case study approach through carrying out nursing assessments, determining diagnoses and scoring, planning nursing actions, implementing nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. The results of the nursing problems obtained were ineffective family health management related to the family's inability to recognize the health problems of family members with gout arthritis health problems, secondly, acute pain was related to the family's inability to care for family members. It can be concluded that the warm compress demonstration activities and deep breathing relaxation exercises are expected to be included in the nursing action laboratory process.
