Abstract

Background: Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach in which the stomach lining becomes inflamed or swollen. Appropriate actions to treat gastritis include adjusting your diet, eliminating the habit of consuming alcohol, exercising diligently and managing stress well. The role of family nurses in overcoming gastritis includes providing health education to family members, care services |at|an m|andiri, as|ag|ai coordinator|ator to|arrange activity programs|at|an |at|au from various|ag|ai disciplines, as|ag|ai management| health care provider, as a consultant and health care agent, as a health care facilitator |aw|at|an d|as|ar p|ad|a tongue|arg|a who is|suffering from|a disease of G|astritis. Method: This case study research uses a descriptive method with a nursing care approach in the form of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Results: The main diagnosis was found to be ineffective health maintenance related to the family's inability to care for family members with the health problem of gastritis in Mr. S Especially Mrs. P with 5 TUK planning implemented. Conclusion: Primary diagnosis resolved and action plan terminated. The standards obtained include behavior according to recommendations, no false perceptions, and verbalization of interest in learning.
