Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the contribution (contribution) filed by the path coefficient for each path diagram of causal relationships between variables Quality Products and Quality Service Through Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty In Dapur Cokelat in Depok. The population in this study is that consumers who've made a purchase and a sample of 100 people. Sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling Simple purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the analysis Strip. The study concluded that Product Quality direct and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and significant direct effect on customer satisfaction, product quality and significant direct impact on Customer Loyalty, Service Quality direct and significant impact on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction effect Significant direct and to the Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction Through Quality Service indirect effect and significant to Customer Loyalty, Product Quality Customer Satisfaction Through indirect effect and significant to Customer Loyalty, and the last is Quality Products and Quality Service Through Customer Satisfaction effect indirectly and Significant to Customer Loyalty.
