Abstract
This research aims to identify and analyze legal protection for auction winners whose rights are not fulfilled and appropriate resolution efforts to overcome the problem of multiple ownership certificates beyond the knowledge of the owner of the valid ownership certificate based on a case study in decision number: 50/Pdt.G/ 2021/PN.Dps. This research uses a normative type of research in law, guided by statutory regulations and cases. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the auction winner has legal protection regarding land ownership rights. The government protects its people by providing protection in the realm of law, including protection in law that is preventive and repressive. Then, the next legal step that can be taken is an extraordinary legal effort, namely by submitting a review by considering the previously filed lawsuit so that there is no repetition of a main issue related to the same object and subject, as well as attaching new evidence (novum) that has not been attached to previous matter.
