Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Dividend Policy, Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value in Industrial Services company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2016. This study uses secondary data obtained from the website Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the annual financial statements audited and published. The population in this study is a Industrial Services company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2016. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 78 companies Industrial Services. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test and t test with a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that the Dividend Policy, Profitability and Leverage simultaneously affect the value of the Company. Then Partial results of this study indicate that the Dividend Policy Not affect the Company's value, while the effect on the profitability of the Company Value and Leverage does not affect the value of the company.
