Abstract

One line of business that will continue to experience growth in line with the development of the era is the Food & Beverages business. Changes in the lifestyle of people who like fast food have an impact on the emergence of many new food and beverage companies. One of them is a coffee shop or coffee shop business. Communication that occurs between baristas and consumers is part of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which is an approach based on managing relationships or relationships with customers. CRM focuses more on what customers value, not on the products the company wants to sell. Through the implementation of CRM, companies are expected to be able to build good communication and relationships with their customers. Researchers want to examine the relationship between CRM and consumer or customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service communication in the Food and Beverages business with customers on customer satisfaction and the best experience can be conveyed effectively and efficiently. This research method uses a quantitative approach because the researcher wants to explain two data problems to find their relationship and is analyzed in the form of numerical data and processed using statistical methods.
