Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of studying and testing the effect of family ownership and foreign ownership on corporate sustainability performance which is divided into three aspects, namely economic, environmental, and social. This research was conducted using a secondary quantitative method involving 43 company financial reports and reports on company wishes in the non-financial sector obtained from the IDX in the 2020-2022 period. In this study assisted by using Microsoft Excel and software STATA ver 14.2. The results of this study show that (1) family ownership has no significant effect on corporate sustainability performance (economic, environmental, and social). (2) foreign ownership has no significant effect on corporate sustainability performance (economic, environmental, and social). Then there is also a control variable, namely ROA has no significant effect on corporate sustainability performance (economic, environmental and social). The second control variable Leverage has significant effect on corporate sustainability performance (economic, environmental and social). The Control Variable Company Age has a no significant positive effect on the viability of the corporate sustainability performance (economic, environmental and social).
