Abstract

Bank Indonesia predicts that digital development will continue to grow significantly, supported by the escalation of the economic ecosystem and digital financial inclusiveness. In 2021, it was recorded that 25% of adults had digital bank accounts. This increase is predicted to continue to increase to 39% or 74,785,062 in 2026. This study aims to analyze the influence between the variables of sharia compliance, service quality, and promotion on the e-loyalty of Bank Jago Syariah customers to help Islamic digital banks compete amid the rapid development of digital finance. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study amounted to 150 respondents with the criteria of Bank Jago Syariah customers who live in Jabodetabek. The approach used is quantitative. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. SEM PLS is used as a data analysis technique. Data testing uses outer and inner models. The result of the adjusted r-square value is 0.574 that sharia compliance, service quality, and promotion are able to explain the dependent variable of this study, namely e-loyalty by 57.4% and 42.6% is explained through other variables outside this research model. The results of the hypothesis test are that sharia compliance has a significant effect on e-loyalty, service quality has a significant effect on e-loyalty, and promotion has no significant effect on e-loyalty. It is hoped that with this research, Bank Jago Syariah can maintain the e-loyalty of its customers.
