Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance consisting of audit committee and independent board of commissioners, intellectual capital and capital structure on firm performance. This research uses samples from the population of financial sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2020-2022 period using purposive sampling techniques to obtain 282 research samples. Hypothesis testing used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the STATA 13.1 application. The results of the hypothesis test carried out in this research show that the independent board of commissioners and intellectual capital do not have a significant effect on firm performance. Meanwhile, audit committee and capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm performance.
