Abstract
This quantitative study aims to analyze the impact of international diversification, firm size, and environmental uncertainty on firm performance. The research sample comprises the energy sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Purposive sampling was used to select 50 companies in the energy sector, and data were collected for five years, yielding a total of 250 samples. Panel Data Regression Analysis employing Eviews 12 was used for data analysis. This study demonstrates that (1) international diversification has no effect on firm performance, (2) firm size has negative effect on firm performance, (3) environmental uncertainty has a positive effect on firm performance.
