Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of security, service features and ease on user satisfaction of mobile application based banking systems. The population of this research are users of mobile application-based banking systems or often called mobile banking. This research used an accidental sampling technique and obtained 135 mobile banking users as respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with Stata 12.1 software. The test results show that security and service features have a positive effect on user satisfaction of mobile application-based banking systems, while ease has no effect on user satisfaction of mobile application-based banking systems.
