Abstract
This quantitative research is to prove and test institutional ownership, managerial ownership and sustainaianbility reporting have an influence on financial performance. Researchers use secondary data obtained from manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. The method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 40 companies with a total of 120 samples. Researchers used STATA ver 17 to test the data. Panel data regression used in the study. The results of this study (1) KI has a positive effect on financial performance, (2) KM has no significant effect on financial performance, (3) SRDI has no significant effect on financial performance. This study uses control variables Profitability has positive affects financial performance while company size has no effect on financial performance.
