Abstract

“The execution of international decisions is the process of implementing and fulfilling court decisions issued by court institutions from other countries. Even though Indonesia has become a member of the New York Convention on the Recognition and Implementation of Foreign Arbitration Awards, the implementation of the execution of international awards in Indonesia is still faced with various problems. These challenges include complexity and uncertainty in legal procedures for executing international awards, especially in terms of system adaptation. national law with the norms of international law.” This research is normative juridical, using a conceptual approach and case studies. Recommendations from this research include the role of the government in improving the legal infrastructure to support the implementation of international arbitration and increasing awareness and knowledge about the benefits of international arbitration among business people.
