Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of green accounting, green intellectual capital, corporate governance on company performance. The population used in this study are companies that won the green industry award in the period 2018 to 2021. The samples obtained from this research were carried out using the purposive sampling method which resulted in 23 companies. Testing the proposed hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis which shows that the variables, green intellectual capital and independent commissioners have a significant positive effect on company performance and green accounting has a significant negative effect on company performance audit committees have no effect on company performance.
