Abstract
The study aims to analyze independent commissioners and asset management as free variables and sales growth as controller variables in influencing financial performance. Samples are selected by purposive sampling methods. A method of harvesting based on preordained criteria. The sample used in the study, which is 482 of all non-financial companies listed in i, period 2019-2021. This research data is the quantitative data generated from each company's annual reports. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the regression panel data which leads to the stata application version 13 and its significance of 1% and 10%. The results of research show that free variability includes total turnover assets and growth as variable control has significant positive influence on the NPM. On the variables of independent commissioners and inventory turnover is significant negative impact on the NPM and variable fixed asset turnover and receivable turnover could not significantly affect financial performance (NPM).
