Abstract

This research uses a normative juridical method with a legal approach and this approach aims to find out the solution to the problem and consumer protection in this case is your skin care. UUPK as a legal umbrella for consumer is still valid today, but on the other hand, in its implementationconsumers often do not get their rights so that they are underestimated by both business actors and parties. Submission ofcomplaints by consumers to business actors can be done through related correspondence, but sometimes consumer do not make complaints through correspondence but through social media. Business actors who feel aggrieved by the complaints submitted can dispute this. One of the impacts that occurs is the uncertainty of consumer protection law which can harm the parties. So it is necessary to know about the process if the above problems occur in order to avoid further losses on the third party.
