Abstract
This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of brand image, brand trust, and customer satisfaction on brand loyalty. A population in this research is RW 012 Mekarsari Cimanggis Depok. The sample size was taken as many as 75 respondents, with purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square and level of significance 5% (0,05). The results of this study indicate that, (1) Brand image has a significant influence on brand loyalty, (2) Brand trust has significant influence on brand loyalty, (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant influence to brand loyalty.
