Abstract
PGTKIT IQRO' is one of the Islamic Kindergarten Teacher Education training programs for Muslim women under the IQRO Foundation Bekasi. Currently, the use of manual systems is still often used through personal computers, but they have not used the internet in processing grade transcript data and disseminating information about student grade transcripts. In addition, there is only one administrative person who manages all the data. As a result, there are problem, namely the distribution of grade transcripts is often late because it requires a fairly long process in its manufacture and administrative difficulties in finding transcript data for students who have passed. Therefore, we need an information system for grades transcripts that can be used by female students easily that can be accessed online for various age groups, because the students who study consist of high school graduates and above and there is no age limit. In making this value transcript information system using the waterfall development model, PIECES analysis, and for system design using UML, HTML, PHP, and MySQL diagrams. The results of this study are a web-based transcript information system at PGTKIT IQRO' Bekasi which can facilitate and assist the school in making grades transcripts.
