Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of age, the size of the top management team, and the CEO's education on the company's sustainability performance in terms of each aspect such as economic, environmental, and social aspects. The data used in this study is secondary data using annual reports and sustainability reports of companies in the non-financial sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2020 with a total sample used as many as 135 companies. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using STATA 14. The result showed (1) top management team’s age had no significant effect on economic sustainability performance (2) top management team’s age had no significant effect on environmental sustainability performance (3) top management team’s age had no significant effect on social sustainability performance (4) top management team’s size has a significant and positive effect on economic sustainability performance (5) top management team’s size has no significant effect on environmental sustainability performance (6) top management team’s size has no significant effect on social sustainability performance (7) CEO’s education has no significant effect on economic sustainability performance (8) CEO’s education has no significant effect on environmental sustainability performance (9) CEO’s education has no significant effect on social sustainability performance.
