Abstract

Banking is a financial services sector that has one of the functions to collect funds from the public in the form of savings, time deposits and current accounts and distribute back to the public who generate in the form of credit, banking is grouped in the category of business activities, but with the latest regulations, it is categorized in its core capital. In 2020 Indonesia experienced Covid-19 which caused an economic crisis, including the banking sector experiencing several risks, as for the risks faced including credit, market and operational risks that affect banking capital, therefore banks must prepare bank fund management in order to achieve healthy capital. One of the capital measuring instruments of bank is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). CAR is a ratio that calculates capital adequacy and shows the strength of the company's capital in the event of risks that can occur by analyzing the bank's capital structure.
