Abstract

this study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of trust, security and service quality on costumer satisfaction of shopee users in solok city. This study uses shopee users in solok city as the research population and the sample used is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire using google form as a medium to obtain research data form respondents. The analytical tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. the research model uses validity and realibility test and hypothesis testing using R-Square test, Q-Square test and t-test. The result of this research that trus a significant effect on costumer satisfaction, while security and service quality have no significant effect on costumer satisfaction.
