Abstract

This quantitative research was conducted to prove the correlation between Capital Structure, Liquidity and Investment Decisions on Profitability of companies listed in the LQ45 Stock Index in 2018-2020. A total of 30 samples were selected by purposive sampling technique and have been tested with Panel Data Regression Analysis Method with a significance level of 5%. Microsoft Excel 2019 and EViews 12 were used as data processing tools. Research has shown that capital structure, liquidity have been not significantly affect profitability while investment decision has been significantly affect profitability.
