Abstract
Plumbing system is the important part of building construction that needs to be considered in building. The plumbing system is used to distribute clean water, by measuring the amount of clean water used, the volume of the reservoir, pump head, pump capacity and pump power.To supply clean water in design of a 5-story building based on a total of 4,584 populations, clean water require of 403 m3 / day. The volume of lower reservoir is 313 m3 and the upper reservoir is 12m3. Based on the results of the design of clean water installations, the pipes used have an inner diameter of 119 m and an outer diameter of 150 mm. and the capacity of the transfer pump used is 1.15 m3 / min with a pump force of 15 kW
