Abstract
This study is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of quality of work, employee performance, and supervision on work productivity during WFH on employees in Bogor City. The population selected in this study were WFH employees who lived in Bogor City. This study took 100 samples using the non-probability sampling method and the type of sampling using purposive sampling. The source of data in this study was obtained by distributing the survey to 100 respondents. The analytical tool to support this research is SmartPLS 3.0. Furthermore, the results of this study are (1) work quality has a significant effect on work productivity, (2) employee performance has a significant effect on work productivity, (3) supervision has a significant effect on work productivity, and (4) work quality, employee performance, and supervision have an effect on significant to work productivity.
