Abstract
Services that have not satisfied patients can cause various complaints. In 2020, Budhi Asih Regional Hospital receives 31 complaints from outpatients. Measuring satisfaction is important to create services that can fulfill patient's expectations. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to outpatient satisfaction at Budhi Asih Regional Hospital. This study used a cross-sectional research design. The sample size of this study was 94 patients chosen with accidental sampling technique. The result of this study shows that service quality (p-value = 0,000) and hospital image (p-value = 0,010) were related to outpatient satisfaction. Meanwhile, there was no relationship between demographic characteristics such as age (p-value = 0,202), sex (p-value = 0,744), education (p-value = 1,000), and job (p-value = 0,058) with outpatient satisfaction. It is recommended for the hospital to maintain and improve the services that they had now. The hospital can improve some facilities that patients thought still lacking to create a better service quality.
