Abstract
In day by day practice a specialist should be directed by a clinical laws, yet unfortunetly there are many instances of a clinical misbehavior in Indonesia demonstrate by information gathered from 2006-2012 for around 182 cases clinical negligence done by 60 cases from general practioner, 49 cases by broad specialist, and 33 cases by obstetrics and gynecology specialists. It is must be study why it could occur, thus, the examination about a connection between's information on morals and medicolegal and a disposition of the specialist for minimalized a danger of clinical misbehavior. So this investigation technique is observational insightful cross sectional examination plan. This investigation held from 14-15 July 2021, and the outcome show the factual worth structure elective chi-square test shows the P esteem > 0.05 is 0.339 that implies there is no huge relationship among's information and the disposition of specialist for minimalized a clinical negligence in southest Jakarta IDI. This outcome have an equivalent outcome with Yasikur(2018) that shows there is no connection between's information on ethic and medicolegal with disposition of specialist in minimalized clinical negligence.
