Abstract

Toko Aneka Ragam is a retail business that sells various kinds of service needs for the police and TNI. This Assorted Shop has one warehouse. Where the system of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse is still manual and the layout of goods is irregular. Thus, this research was conducted to provide a proposal for designing an incoming and outgoing goods information system by placing the goods on a good shelf approach. In designing an integrated information system for incoming and outgoing goods, it can be done using the “Structure System Analysis and Design (SSAD)” method. The “Structure System Analysis and Design (SSAD)” method includes “flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Conceptual Data Models (CDM), Physical Data Models (PDM)”, the next step is to make a design implementation using Ms. Access. In the BLOCPLAN method to produce a shelf layout approach “based on the identification of the relationship between” items on “the” shelf using the Activity Relation Chart (ARC). Each shelf is grouped into groups of types of goods. Furthermore, the design is carried out using BLOCPLAN. In the BLOCPLAN results, the best layout is layout 7 with a Rail-Dist value that is close to 1 with a score of 0.690. “It can” also “be seen from the” BLOCPLAN results “that the” shelves that often occur in goods entering and leaving goods in 2020 are rack A and rack I.
