Abstract

The Monthly Report in the State Financial Auditorate I of The Audit Board of Indonesia is a report that is prepared every month as an accountability for the realization of the budget used for audit activities. In addition, it also contains the realization of outputs based on the results of the audit activities that have been carried out. For the preparation of the report, there are parties who are authorized and have an important role. Since 2020, the monthly report preparation process has been integrated with an application, the Prisma Application. So, there are things that must be considered before and during the process of preparing the Monthly Report. At the end of each month, the value of the Fund Withdrawal Plan (RPD) that has been determined at the beginning of the month and is included in the Prisma application must match the funds that have been issued. The preparation of the Monthly Report will start from the receipt of the ceiling from the Secretary General of BPK RI to the evaluation and validation process carried out by the Directorate of PSMK of BPK RI. The Monthly Report will be evaluated based on 3 (three) main things that have been determined by the Directorate of PSMK of BPK RI.
