Abstract
In this research, the aim of this research is to create a website-based application that can help users to find out the damage experienced by an acoustic guitar. when a guitar is damaged, acoustic guitar users take their guitar to an acoustic guitar technician or service place for repair. However, with limited places for service or guitar technicians, guitar users are willing to wait a long time and pay relatively high prices for repair costs. Based on research that has been done in this website-based application can help guitar users to find out the damage along with solutions to repair damage independently and can save time and cost of repairs at guitar service places. In addition, this application is website-based so that it can be used anywhere and anytime quickly, practically, efficiently and of course for free.
