Abstract
Indonesia has its target as a world maritime axis in the next few years one of the sea toll programs. Export and import activities became the key to Indonesia's success in creating it, especially in the marine field. Indonesia is a country in which most of the region is the sea and has a variety of natural resources that are well known to be very abundant, this should be an opportunity for companies engaged in shipping world. The construction of goods vessels in Indonesia is still very lacking, the state-owned enterprises are more focused on designing military vessels. Delivery of goods through the sea to make it easier one of them is using a container ship or containers vessel. The container ship can transport all kinds of materials, and keep the item more intact because it is placed inside the container, or it is placed according to the material and the vessel shape is almost the same as the goods ship in general. In addition, the containers are also easy to move from the ship to other public transport such as trucks, trains, and airplanes. At the time of export and import of container vessel can easily depart with freight and home also with freight because using containers that can adjust a payload, this is very important in the process of trading by sea because when departing with freight and the return does not carry goods then it will harm the side of the part.
