Abstract
PT XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry producing vehicle spare parts. PT XYZ still applies information systems conventionally or is done manually in providing data and information between departments. For efforts to develop information systems, PT XYZ needs to implement an integrated system in providing data and information, especially in the flow of information during the production process so that the products produced are by demand. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze the systems and business processes that run at PT XYZ using the Gap Analysis method and Use Case Diagrams. Information system design is done to provide data and information flow during the production process so that the amount of production is by demand forecasting.
