Abstract
PT. BFM is a company that produces flour with several brands such as Twin Chakra, Blue Triangle, Blue Key, and Red Badge. From the results of previous research reports in the 2019 period stated that there is 1 activity at the 2nd work station that has a risk because the value of LI produced is quite large namely 3.991499 kg which means it belongs to the category LI ≥ 3 so that it can result in Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDS). Therefore, the authors conducted a study using three methods, namely NBM, REBA, and OWAS for further comparison. After comparison of the three methods, the writer gets the results of the calculation and analysis of the data which the improvement of the design of the work aids the writer did at the second work station by proposing a tool that is Mini Excavator Etiquette, where the equipment at this work station was originally using human power now become automatic. Then, based on the results of the recalculation test using the REBA and OWAS methods performed in the Siemens Jack 8.4 Software simulation, the results obtained that for the Final REBA Score of 1 and the OWAS value of 1, which means Low does not need improvement.
