Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven innovation in banking services, one of which is the BYOND by BSI mobile banking application launched by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study aims to describe the adoption and utilization of the BYOND by BSI application based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which includes Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Benefit, Behavioral Intention, and Actual Use. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method using a Likert-type questionnaire distributed online. Of the 115 respondents who completed the questionnaire, 101 qualified as BYOND by BSI users and were selected as the research sample using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The research findings indicate that all variables are in the high category. Perceived Ease of Use has an average value of 4.002, Perceived Usefulness 4.053, Behavioral Intention 3.923, and Actual Use 3.834. The research results show that users find the BYOND by BSI app user-friendly, provide benefits in financial activities, have a strong interest in continuing to use the app, and have utilized it in their daily banking activities. Overall, the BYOND by BSI app has received positive feedback from users and effectively meets their digital banking transaction needs.
