Abstract

PT Mahasuri Utama records production outputs manually in each division, resulting in unintegrated interdivisional data, risks of historical data loss or damage, and daily report recapitulation requiring 45–60 minutes. This study aimed to design a digital production recording system and monitoring dashboard and assess user acceptance. The ADDIE model consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The analysis stage identified problems, existing recording processes, and user needs. Google AppSheet supported data input, Google Spreadsheet served as the database, and Google Data Studio visualized the dashboard. Evaluation used a Technology Acceptance Model questionnaire involving ten users and time measurements using task scenarios. The study produced nine databases and four dashboard pages: Sales Monitoring, Production Target Monitoring, Division Daily Target, and Delivery Order Status. Across ten task scenarios, all tasks showed reduced completion times, ranging from 18.75% to 78.85%. TAM mean scores were 4.34 for Perceived Usefulness, 4.10 for Perceived Ease of Use, 4.43 for Attitude Toward Using Technology, 4.40 for Behavioral Intention to Use, and 4.35 for Actual Use of Technology. The system provides centralized production information for monitoring and operational decision-making.
