Abstract
SweetDelight Cake Shop still processes sales transactions, records stock, and prepares reports manually, potentially causing recording errors and reducing operational efficiency. This study aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system to support the management of products, transactions, stock, suppliers, and sales reports. The system development method used is Waterfall with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, then tested using the Black Box Testing method. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to support transaction processes through the Point of Sale (POS) feature, manage data in an integrated manner, generate sales reports automatically, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational management at SweetDelight Cake Shop.
