Abstract

The attendance system based on Google Forms used by PT Satukelas Adhyapana Nusantara causes operational constraints including inefficient recording, difficulty validating attendance, scattered data across multiple spreadsheets, and slow report compilation for Professional Certification Bodies (LSP). This research aims to design and implement a web-based internship attendance information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to automate attendance recording, provide monitoring dashboards, and generate automatic reports in PDF and CSV formats. The RAD method is applied through four phases: Requirements Planning (needs identification), User Design (UML diagrams and database design), Construction (system implementation), and Cutover (system testing and deployment). Black Box Testing with 24 test scenarios achieved a 100% success rate. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted on two user groups: UAT for Internship Participants with 10 respondents yielded a grand average of 4.55 and UAT for Admin Program with 2 respondents yielded a grand average of 4.79, both out of 5.00 in the Very Good category, confirming the system is ready for full implementation.
