Abstract
The rapid advancement of technology has driven transformation in the financial sector, particularly in location-based customer data management. PT XYZ faces limitations in geospatial data visualization, where the existing system only displays locations at the sub-district level without geocoding integration, hindering distribution analysis and region-based decision-making. This study designs and develops a web-based geospatial data visualization and segmentation system for PT XYZ using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Unlike previous systems, this study integrates automatic geocoding into the data import workflow, enabling more efficient spatial analysis. The system includes an interactive map and customer segmentation dashboard. Testing was conducted using two methods: blackbox testing with 51 scenarios achieving 100% success, and the Visualization Literacy Assessment Test (VLAT) with an average score of 92%, indicating excellent functionality and user visual literacy. This system is expected to support PT XYZ's strategic decision-making based on integrated geospatial data.
