Abstract

The student absence administration and visitor registration processes at SMAN 1 Cibinong are still carried out manually using attendance sheets, guest books, and physical documents, resulting in frequent data loss, time-consuming recapitulation, and error-prone record management. The absence of an integrated system for recording student absences, tardiness, dispensations, and school visitor data has led to inefficient administrative processes for duty officers. This study aims to design and develop a website-based E-Piket information system capable of centralizing the recording of student absences, tardiness, dispensations, and school visitor data, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of duty officers' administrative work at SMAN 1 Cibinong. The system was developed using the Scrum framework through three iterative and adaptive sprints, with stakeholder involvement in each sprint review to ensure that the developed system met user requirements. Functional testing was conducted through internal sprint testing during each sprint, while final validation was carried out through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving end users. The research results were analyzed by comparing administrative processing times before and after system implementation to measure efficiency, while UAT results were used to evaluate system effectiveness.
