Abstract

The Regular Internship Program at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan serves as a crucial bridge for students to gain professional experience. However, the current management process is still conducted manually using non-integrated media, such as Google Forms for registration and Google Spreadsheets for data processing. This condition results in workflow inefficiencies, low transparency of vacancy information for participants, and difficulties for mentors in monitoring participant activities in real-time, as logbooks are only collected at the end of the period. This research aims to design a website-based internship information system that integrates all stakeholders, including management, admins, mentors, and participants, to improve the effectiveness of selection and monitoring. The development method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD) through the stages of requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The system was developed using the MERN Stack technology (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS) and analyzed using the PIECES framework. The research results show that this digital platform is capable of providing informative vacancy publications, organized selection management, and real-time logbook monitoring features. Based on User Acceptance Testing, all system functions operate according to the design, making this system feasible for implementation to support digital transformation in internship management at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
