Abstract
The growth of Mosaggy Clothing Store has created challenges in managing sales and inventory data, which is still handled manually using cash books. This process often leads to recording errors, delays in report generation, difficulties in monitoring stock levels, and a lack of visual information to support business decision-making. This study aims to design a web-based sales monitoring Dashboard information system capable of presenting real-time sales and inventory information to help the owner monitor business progress. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, comprising the following stages: problem identification, data collection, requirements analysis using PIECES, system design using UML, code development, Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and system maintenance. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL as the database. The results of the study show that the system was successfully built and is capable of displaying an interactive Dashboard showing total sales, total profit, best-selling products, color and size preferences, as well as a comparison of wholesale and retail transactions. This system also helps the owner obtain information more quickly, accurately, and efficiently, allowing for more effective and targeted sales monitoring and business decision-making. Additionally, inventory management becomes more organized and easier for the owner to monitor.
