Abstract
Nanas Cookies is a dry cake MSME facing challenges in manual transaction recording, suboptimal stock management due to seasonal demand fluctuations, and limitations in measurable sales analysis and production planning. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales prediction management information system capable of managing transaction data in a structured manner, implementing a data-based prediction method, and presenting sales information through dashboards, graphs, and reports to support business decision-making. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with PHP 8.1, MySQL database, and Bootstrap framework for a responsive interface, while implementing the Moving Average method as a prediction approach suited to the relatively stable sales data characteristics of MSMEs. System testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing to validate system functionality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a Likert scale to measure user acceptance levels. The results show that the system was successfully built effectively, improving transaction management efficiency and providing business owners with greater ease in monitoring sales performance and planning production in a more measurable and data-driven manner.
