Abstract
The rise of digital technology helps Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) work better by using online information systems. Sabira by RinaOshibana is an MSME that works in the ecoprint fashion field and also offers ecoprint training. However, managing sales, keeping track of products, and signing up for training is still done manually using WhatsApp. This leads to piled-up messages, mistakes in recording transactions, trouble with managing stock, and less effective reports on sales and training participants. The goal of this study is to create a website-based system for sales and training registration at Sabira Gallery that will enhance efficiency and organization. The research methods involved observations, interviews, studying existing literature, analyzing system requirements, designing using UML, implementing the system, and testing it. The findings show that the new system can help manage sales transactions for ecoprint products, oversee inventory, register for regular and special training, and generate more accurate and up-to-date reports. By using this system, the processes at Sabira Gallery become more streamlined, lessen recording errors, and provide better customer service.
