Abstract
Public information access services at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta have not yet been optimal because dashboards are still distributed across various work units and are not integrated into a centralized system. This condition makes information difficult to access and less effective in supporting public information transparency. This study aims to design and develop a website with a centralized dashboard management system so that public information can be presented quickly, accurately, transparently, and easily accessed in real time. The research method used is Agile, consisting of the stages of planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and system evaluation. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies, while data analysis was conducted by analyzing user requirements and testing the suitability of system functions. Based on the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), both dashboard users and the UPA TIK administrator stated that the developed system has met the expected business and functional requirements.
