Abstract

In the digital era, technology adoption is crucial for PT XYZ to maintain competitiveness in the shipping and logistics industry. Currently, managing Vendor invoices as service providers for the PT XYZ business activities, has utilized a system, but it is still manual, so it is not running efficiently and lacks transparency. This study aims to design and build a web-based centralized invoice portal information system to a more transparent and organized invoice governance. By implementing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, data collection carried out through observation and interviews with the Operation of PT XYZ. The results of the study show that the system with the Laravel framework development has automated invoice uploads and status monitoring for Vendors as well as verification, scheduling, and payments for PT XYZ. System testing using Black-Box Testing shows that the system has run functionally followed by the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which categorized as Very Good. Therefore, this system is worthy of implementation to assist PT XYZ in managing invoices that are more transparent, structured, and organized in one centralized platform.
