Abstract
The Islamic insurance industry in Indonesia continues to show positive growth, although financial performance varies across companies. This study analyzes the financial performance of PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia for 2021–2024 through ROA, ROE, and NPM, using a descriptive quantitative method with secondary data from the company's annual financial statements. Data collection used documentary study, with analysis through financial ratio and horizontal trend analysis. Results show ROA increased from -1.87% (2021) to 2.54% (2024), categorized as Good; ROE increased from -6.30% to 11.37%, categorized as Good; and NPM increased from -12.44% to 11.16%, categorized as Very Good. All three ratios show a consistent upward trend, reflecting the company's recovery and financial transformation following the COVID-19 pandemic. The company is recommended to improve asset management efficiency and maintain premium growth.
