Abstract
Inventory management at the Pondok Labu Community Health Center is still carried out semi-manually using stock cards and spreadsheets. This condition causes repetitive recording, delays in data updates, and potentially creates discrepancies between administrative data and actual stock conditions. In addition, inventory management processes, such as polyclinic requests, recording drug usage, and preparing Drug Usage Reports and Request Sheets (LPLPO), have not been integrated into a single system. This study aims to configure and customize the Odoo Inventory module to support inventory management at the Pondok Labu Community Health Center. The method used is Water-Scrum-Fall with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and document studies. Needs analysis was conducted using Gap Analysis, while system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML). System implementation was carried out through Odoo configuration and customization according to the operational needs of the community health center. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to integrate inventory management processes ranging from master data management, polyclinic requests, drug usage, to LPLPO management in a single centralized platform. Black Box Testing results showed all system functions operating as required, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieved a user acceptance rate of 82%, categorized as very satisfactory. Thus, the developed system can support more effective, accurate, and integrated inventory management.
