Abstract
The material codification registration service at the Codification Center of the Ministry of Defense (Puskod Kemhan) is currently hampered by an inefficient reliance on the circulation of physical documents. This slow bureaucratic procedure causes a lack of status tracking transparency for applicants and triggers a high risk of human error when officers input complex technical specification data. This research aims to analyze, design, and build a centrally integrated website-based Material Codification Registration Management Information System to automate workflows, increase process efficiency, and realize accountable service transparency for both applicants and internal staff. The planned methodological approach in this research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, the selection of which is based on the student's analytical thinking and comprehensive discussions with the academic supervisors to align with the agency's bureaucratic characteristics. Data collection is carried out through operational observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The system design stage is visualized using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is then implemented using the TypeScript programming language with the Next.js framework and Oracle database, and its final feasibility is strictly evaluated through functional Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
