Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged the adoption of digital services across various sectors, including the sports industry such as Padang Golf Cilangkap (Knight Land). Manual reservation systems often lead to inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and limited access to information. This study aims to develop an interactive website integrated with an online reservation system and an intelligent chatbot based on a Large Language Model (LLM) using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method. The chatbot utilizes a PostgreSQL database as its knowledge base to ensure accurate and context-aware responses. The language model is deployed locally through Ollama API to enhance data security and system flexibility. The Agile development method is applied throughout the system development lifecycle. The results indicate that the proposed system improves reservation efficiency, enhances information accessibility, and reduces operational workload through intelligent service automation.
