Abstract
SMA Negeri 18 Jakarta is one of the high schools in northern Jakarta that pays special attention to non-academic activities, as evidenced by the obligation of students to participate in extracurricular activities and various achievements achieved. However, the management of extracurricular activities in this school is still done manually and has not been integrated into an information system, causing various obstacles in providing information, the registration process, registration, and evaluation of student rankings. This research aims to design and create a web-based extracurricular information system to overcome these problems. The development method used is prototype, which allows for continuous interaction and feedback between users and developers. The system is built with the Laravel framework and uses a MySQL database. The features provided include extracurricular information, online registration, recording grades and attendance and achievement data management. The results of the Blackbox method show that this system can operate according to user needs. It is expected that this system can improve efficiency, transparency and access to the management of extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 18 Jakarta.
