Abstract

The study entitled “The Influence of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on Customer Loyalty toward MS Glow Skincare Products” aims to examine whether product quality, brand image, and brand trust have an effect on customer loyalty toward MS Glow. This study uses individuals residing in DKI Jakarta who have previously used MS Glow products as the research sample. Hypothesis testing in this study was conducted using the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS 4 as the analytical tool. The results indicate that (1) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and (3) brand trust does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty.
